Inspirers for Peace and Development Organization (IPDO) is a Sudanese, women-led NGO dedicated to advancing human rights, humanitarian aid, advocacy, and sustainable development. Founded in January 2023, we focus on empowering women, girls, and vulnerable groups, ensuring they thrive in prosperity, health, peace, and equity.

Governance Structure
The General Assembly serves as the highest authority within IPDO, responsible for making binding decisions and guiding the strategic direction of the organization. It ensures that our goals align with our mission and vision, and approves any necessary changes to our objectives. The Board of Directors, composed of six elected members, governs IPDO with a focus on strategic planning, financial oversight, and representation. They work closely with the President and Executive Board to mobilize resources and conduct annual reviews. Our Advisors provide expert guidance, enhancing decision-making processes with their specialized knowledge, ensuring effective governance and strategic development.
